Salt River

THE Salt River below Saguaro Lake is for more then tubing. The water is pumped from the bottom of Saguaro Lake and that means the water is cold. I have cought trout when it was over 100 in the shade.

FISH SPECIES: Largemouth Bass, Trout, Crappie, Sunfish, Catfish, Carp, There have been Walleye, Yellow Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Tilapia, Location: Looking up the river below Saguaro Dam

The Salt River is a beautiful place to spend sometime. Please don't be a litterbug. People come from all around the world to see this beautiful area. Will I was fishing I saw people from another state on a rafting trip come down the river. I also saw soda cans, paper bags, and plastic bags, come down the river.
